I have always been a very spiritual person; I believe that the universe has a way of guiding us forward through our lives. I've been a Holistic Health Coach since 2008, I was graced to study Pranic Healing and gem therapy to support offering meditation and mindful movement to clinics, community centers. The advanced study of Yoga and Ayurveda reconnected me to astrology. As I complete Ayurveda & Vedic Astrology certification, I am happy to now partner with EJR to offer monthly classes. Our focus is to educate and share the qualities of aligning with the earth and stars . Gemstones from earth and the astrolology of stars are useful tools for anyone to navigate the waters of life.
My focus is to bring forth awareness and healing through love, and to teach others how to open up their own spiritual potential.
